TV was absolutely huge and had netflix and amazon prime already set up for guests. The shower pressure and heat were consistent and good. Location is a 7min walk from the train station or a short bike ride into town. If you are without a car like we were, the location couldn't be better being so close to the train station (there is a tourist bus that does a loop to a lot of the major stops outside of town from there, and intercity trains leave from there). If you are down to walk a lot, it's about an hour walk to the centre of town. Also, some cute cats hang around the property (but not in the rooms - don't worry if you are allergic, I am and I didn't react) Owner was very responsive and helped us organize ourselves with the bus and coordinate a plan for sights to see outside the city, which made for a great day or two.

The whole apartment is superbly clean. We had buffet Chinese breakfast at a unit opposite the building. My wife already indicated her intention to stay longer period there if we were to visit Taiwan again.
